To meet the digitalization needs of customers, ECV plans to further expand its Migration and Modernization Practice and provide differentiated services to build, migrate, manage, operate, and optimize customers' AWS infrastructure and applications. The agreement supports ECV to develop a vertical specialization in Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail, and further expand its global footprint from its current presence of 10 offices worldwide, including Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and United States. The collaboration seeks to enable ECV to set up a new innovation lab with AWS with a focus on launching new services about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Data Analytics, and cloud security to meet industry demands. The lab aims to develop new industry-focused cloud solutions at scale, helping ECV's customers navigate their digital transformation. In August 2021, ECV was the first ASEAN partner to achieve the AWS Machine Learning (ML) Competency, which recognizes its expertise delivering ML solutions on AWS. 廈門象嶼:中國大宗供應鏈巨頭,2022年營收凈利再創新高 4月28日晚,廈門象嶼(600057.SH)公佈2022年年度業績及2023年首三個月業績。2022年公司實現營業收入5,381億元(人民幣,下同),較上年同期增16%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤(下稱“歸母淨利潤”)26億元,較上年同期增20%;EPS為1.1元,較上年同期增18%;銷售凈利率0.70%,較上年同期上升0.1個百分點;加權平均凈資產收益率18.06%,較上年同期上升0.92個百分點。廈門象嶼2022年業績再創歷史新高,營收凈利均保持雙位數穩定增長,經營效益持續提升。 2023年首季度,公司營收凈利保持增長。2023年公司實現營收1,292億元,較上年同期增13%;實現歸母淨利潤5.5億元,較上年同期增15%。還原1.48億元的投資損失(為參股公司哈爾濱農商行計提不良貸款減值準備按股比所確認的損失)後,歸母凈利同比增長超45%。公司現已與控股股東象嶼集團簽署《股權轉讓意向協議》,計劃將公司持有的哈爾濱農村商業銀行全部股權轉讓給廈門象嶼集團有限公司或其下屬子公司。 廈門象嶼是一家國資背景的大宗供應鏈上市企業。以「成為大宗供應鏈行業龍頭」為企業願景,公司踐行「立足供應鏈、服務產業鏈、創造價值鏈」的宗旨,持續發力業務創新轉型,拓寬服務邊界、延伸服務鏈條、提升服務能力,保持了良好經營態勢。 近年來,廈門象嶼積極推動業務模式的轉型,錨定製造業企業客戶需求,構建了以物流關鍵節點布局為基礎的一體化綜合服務能力,為廣大製造業企業客戶提供包括原材料采購、產成品分銷、庫存管理、倉儲物流、供應鏈金融、信息咨詢等一攬子綜合服務的定製化解決方案,完成了由「傳統貿易商」向「全產業鏈服務商」的轉型,並在部分產業(農產品)對標海外巨頭實踐「產業鏈運營」模式,在優化客戶結構、多元商品組合、改善盈利結構方面成效顯著,大大降低了行業系統性風險的暴露,提高了盈利增長的穩定性。 客戶結構優化方面,公司堅持以製造業企業作為主要目標客群,製造業企業客戶數量及服務量占比達50%、60%以上。此外,公司聚焦資源型和產業型戰略客戶,2022年新增與中國華能、美國艾地盟(ADM)、力拓集團、嘉吉公司、安佑集團、澳大利亞永鋼、奧古斯塔礦業集團、中唐特鋼等簽訂戰略/長協協議。 商品組合多元方面,公司在金屬礦產、農產品、能源化工、新能源等產業鏈均積累了一批優質的頭部合作企業,構建了成熟穩定的全球化業務渠道,能根據市場情況動態調整商品構成,具有更好的增長潛力和周期對沖能力。現已形成包括黑色金屬、鋁、不銹鋼、谷物原糧、煤炭、新能源六大核心品類,在核心品種上具有一定規模優勢及市場話語權,其中,不銹鋼鋼材市占率達19.3%,氧化鋁市占率達10.3%,焦煤市占率達3.9%,動力煤市占率達1.2%,玉米市占率4.7%,碳酸鋰市占率4.4%。 盈利結構改善方面,公司以服務收益和規模集拼收益為核心(盈利占比70%以上),構築起穩定盈利的底盤(與大宗商品價格關聯性弱),同時輔以價差收益,在大宗商品價格波動時釋放盈利彈性。 廈門象嶼多年來保持高且穩定的分紅政策,連續4年分紅率穩定在55%以上。根據2022年年報披露的分紅政策,每10股派發現金紅利6.1元(含稅),股息率高達5.7%(以4月28日收盤價計算),遠高於A股市場1.5%的平均水平。股東結構方面,廈門象嶼為中資社保基金重倉股之一,前十名股東中有社保基金3家(分別為全國社保基金五零三組合、全國社保基金一一四組合、全國社保基金四零一組合),股東結構優質,頗受長期投資者青睞。 點擊查看報告全文: 《廈門象嶼股份有限公司2022年年度報告》 《廈門象嶼股份有限公司2023年第一季度報告》
