SINGAPORE, March 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) ("China Yuchai" or the "Company") one of the largest powertrain solution manufacturers through its main operating subsidiary in China, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited ("Yuchai"), today announced an equity incentive plan was approved by the shareholders of Yuchai and implemented today by Guangxi SKY Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Guangxi Xing Yun Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sky Cloud")), in respect of the equity interest in Sky Cloud (the "Equity Plan").
