印尼教育參訪團一行11人日前造訪聖約翰科技大學,除參觀校內上海聖約翰大學校史典藏暨研究中心(約史中心)之外,印尼UNISMA大學(UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG)及Sahid 集團基金會(SAHID GROUP FOUNDATION)並與聖約翰科大簽署合作備忘錄(MOU),雙方針對交換學生、教師學術研究交流及工程人才培育…等事項,攜手合作,並將合作開發的技術商業化。除推動學校邁向國際化之外,也希望創造互惠互利的三贏局面,幫助台印學生順利達成「入學即就業」的目標。 促成本次台印交流的印尼系統集成商Emliku執行長Fred Kuo指出,伊斯蘭教瑪瑯大學(UNISMA)是印尼最大伊斯蘭組織-伊斯蘭教士覺醒會(Nahdlatul Ulama,簡稱NU聯盟)所創立的大學,設有醫學院、農業學院、法學院、畜牧學院、工程學院、教師教育科學學院和經濟學院,學生約有20,000人,是印尼最好的回教大學。Sahid Group則是印尼最大的旅館企業集團,總部位於雅加達,其地位與台灣的圓山飯店相似,都是舉辦國宴的地方。除了酒店事業外,也跨足媒體、醫療保健、紡織、房地產和教育行業,集團約有11所大學與技術學院。 張文宇校長表示,此次分別與UNISMA大學及Sahid 集團簽定MOU,合作事項包括:教師與教學資源共享、學生互訪與交換及產學案合作等三大面向,尤其聚焦於工程管理,因為對於台灣與印尼來說,工程管理是未來很重要的發展領域。而因應印尼教育參訪團的到訪,學校也邀請合作的廠商,包括:亞翔工程及樺漢科技等貴賓參與,希望能擴大產學合作範圍。而締約後,學校能與印尼大學發展學術來往及建教合作,堪稱是聖約翰科大國際化的重要指標,期盼學校的永續發展及國際化能順利開展及推動。 董事會曾鴻鍊董事則向印尼教育參訪團指出,聖約翰科大是全台唯一由校友董事所組成的董事會,承襲上海聖約翰大學百年歷史的優良校風,董事會一心為學校奉獻。最可貴的是,學校與董事會、校友總會緊密結合,從學生入學開始,就提供各項資源,在4年間幫助學生完成生涯規劃,讓學生可以一畢業即就業。尤其校友企業不僅在東南亞具有影響力,亦遍布全世界,積極提攜學弟妹,是一股強大的支持力量。此次締結盟約之後,台印學生可以學涯、職涯無縫接軌,將是三贏局面。 印尼教育參訪團除與聖約翰科大締結盟約,開啟台印交流序幕之外,也參觀該校約史中心。該中心佔地約100坪,館藏內容為上海聖約翰大學教育圈裡的人、事、物過程,包括:歷史發展、學生組織、教學模式、校園建築及巨擘校友…等。參訪團成員對於上海聖約翰大學百年歷史傳承及各領域表現傑出的校友感到欽佩,紛紛在中心的黑板上留下簽名,記錄台印參訪交流的歷史時刻。
