This pre-seed round marks Khameleon's first funding round since its founding, with participation from NAVER D2SF, Base Ventures, Mashup Ventures, The Ventures, and Schmidt Ventures, as well as institutional investors from the United States and the United Kingdom.

Khameleon is developing robots designed for housekeeping tasks in North American hotels. The hotel industry in the region faces severe labor shortages and rising wages, creating strong demand for automation. Housekeeping in particular is affected by annual turnover rates of 70–80%, compelling hotels to raise wages significantly year over year simply to attract and retain workers. However, the complexity and high-quality standards of hotel housekeeping have proven difficult for existing commercial robot solutions to meet.

Khameleon has designed versatile hardware capable of handling everything from restroom cleaning to full-scope housekeeping, and has built an infrastructure that enables ultra-low-latency control across diverse network environments. Having validated market demand in both the U.S. and China, the company has already secured a pipeline of prospective customers. A restroom-cleaning prototype is set to begin on-site testing in Q2 2026, with plans to gradually expand its capabilities to cover all housekeeping tasks.

Khameleon's founding team, led by CEO Donghoon Lee, brings extensive expertise in computer vision, robot control, and teleoperation from Tesla, Apple, Meta, and Bear Robotics. It was introduced to deliver information about Korea's digital sector more quickly to overseas readers who previously faced language barriers when accessing such content. Through a system that automatically generates English versions simultaneously with article publication, global readers can now follow major developments in Korea's digital industry in real time.

DigitalToday's English news service (digitaltoday.co.kr/en) operates using an AI translation engine developed in-house by Hecto Group. English content is automatically generated at the same time Korean articles are published and distributed through global search engines and news platforms. Chinese and Japanese versions are scheduled to be introduced sequentially, with additional language expansions also under consideration.

Global interest in Korea's digital industry—including its startup ecosystem, artificial intelligence sector, semiconductor industry, and platform businesses—has grown significantly in recent years. As technology policy and industrial strategies increasingly influence global supply chains and investment flows, demand for information on Korea's digital industry trends is also rising among international investors and technology professionals.

However, there are relatively few specialized media outlets that deliver real-time English coverage of Korea's digital industry and technology policies. Through the launch of this English news service, DigitalToday aims to provide a direct information channel enabling overseas readers to understand developments in Korea's digital economy more quickly without relying on separate translation processes.

The launch also represents part of DigitalToday's broader strategy to expand into global news platforms. The outlet plans to broaden its reach to international audiences through global news platforms including Google News, as well as RSS feeds and social media channels. In an environment where news consumption is no longer limited by national borders or languages, DigitalToday is working to build a media ecosystem that connects with readers worldwide through multilingual content generated simultaneously with article production.

The initiative is also meaningful in terms of global information accessibility. Foreign investors currently hold approximately $1 trillion worth of listed securities in Korea's capital market, reflecting strong global interest. Despite this, English-language channels that allow global audiences to monitor Korea's industry and policy developments in real time have remained limited. DigitalToday aims to help global investors and industry stakeholders more easily track developments in Korea's digital sector through this English news service.

A DigitalToday official said, "This global news service goes beyond simple translation. It represents a new news distribution model that removes language barriers in real time and connects immediately with global readers. Through AI-powered translation technology, we aim to create an environment where issues related to Korea's digital industry and technology policy can be consumed simultaneously in the global market."

Meanwhile, major global media organizations are also expanding their international readership through English-based global news services. Japan's Nikkei, for example, targets global audiences through its English-language platform Nikkei Asia, while The New York Times utilizes generative AI across various areas including editorial tools, summarization systems, and content recommendations.

Through the expansion of its global multilingual services, DigitalToday aims to accelerate the global dissemination of K-digital industry content, increase international visibility of technology and policy news, and demonstrate practical applications of AI-driven news automation systems. The company plans to continue expanding as a digital news platform connecting with global readers. (End)

About DigitalToday (www.digitaltoday.co.kr):
DigitalToday is a leading Korean digital news media outlet covering ICT, industry, policy, and startups.

Investment in PointFit anchors Seveno's Hong Kong expansion and marks first deal led by new Partner Jean-Baptiste Roy

HONG KONG, March 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Seveno Capital has announced a strategic investment in PointFit, a company developing a skin patch wearable for non-invasive and real-time biomarker monitoring through sweat, valuing the business at US $10 million, in a move that underscores growing investor conviction in next-generation wearable technology that goes beyond existing heart-rate wearable devices.

Allen Law, Principal at Seveno Capital (Left), Kenny Oktavius, Co-Founder and CEO of PointFit (Middle), Jean-Baptiste Roy, Partner at Seveno Capital (Right)

The transaction reflects Seveno Capital's strategy of backing globally scalable healthspan platforms emerging from Asia, while actively evaluating investment opportunities across North America and Europe.

PointFit represents a fundamental shift in health monitoring, moving the category away from devices that infer physiology through proxies such as heart rate and motion, towards direct, continuous biological measurement captured at the skin.

PointFit, a Hong Kong-based startup incubated at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), has developed its first product for Continuous Lactate Monitoring (CLM), enabling users to understand fatigue, endurance and recovery in real time without invasive blood tests or time-consuming laboratory analysis. Its modular platform design supports future platform expansion beyond its initial endurance focus.

While biomarker data has long been used in elite sport and clinical research, access has historically been confined to invasive, intrusive and controlled environments. By translating laboratory-grade physiological insight into a wearable format, PointFit expands access to continuous biomarker intelligence beyond elite performance settings.

The US $10 million valuation marks a significant milestone for PointFit, validating both the pace of its technical progress and the scale of the market opportunity ahead. While PointFit's initial focus is endurance-biomarkers (eg: lactate, electrolytes, sweat rate) monitoring, the company is building toward a broader platform that can track multiple diagnostic biomarkers, enabling future applications across performance, metabolic health, and longevity-focused care.

Analysts project the global wearable market will double to a US$200 billion Total Addressable Market (TAM) by 2030, driven by a massive consumer shift from basic activity tracking to clinical-grade biological data.

Within this, PointFit is strategically positioned to capture a US$15 billion Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) of tens of millions of dedicated endurance athletes seeking real-time physiological optimisation.

PointFit has successfully carried out demos with global sports federations, teams, technologies, retailers and fitness equipment manufacturers. As the company enters its commercialisation phase, Seveno Capital will supercharge PointFit's integration with key industry stakeholders internationally, including in the United States. Recent product showcases in Indiana and participation in the Startup World Cup Finale in Silicon Valley have strengthened its engagement with North America's sports and venture ecosystems. PointFit is also supported by Creative Destruction Lab, a global science-based accelerator, further reinforcing its international scaling trajectory.

PointFit's international profile accelerated at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, where the company received a CES Innovation Award in Digital Health, placing it among the most closely watched emerging sports technology companies in the United States.

Seveno Capital views PointFit's progress as reflective of the evolving global fitness and wellness industry, increasingly shaped by Asian innovation and capital. A recent example of this trend is Anta Sports' acquisition of a 29 per cent stake in iconic German sportswear brand Puma in January 2026, a transaction widely seen as a signal of cross-border consolidation driven from Asia, as global fitness, performance, and lifestyle brands seek scale, technology, and new growth platforms.

Against this backdrop, Seveno Capital believes PointFit is well-positioned to emerge as a globally relevant health-monitoring platform, leveraging Hong Kong's role as a gateway between Asian capital, international markets, and elite performance ecosystems.

Inaugural Investment from Seveno Capital's Hong Kong Platform

The PointFit investment is Singapore-based Seveno Capital's first transaction since opening a new office in Hong Kong. Hong Kong will serve as a base for sourcing, backing and scaling globally relevant technologies at the intersection of performance, prevention and longevity.

Seveno Capital is a global venture platform investing in human healthspan. The firm evaluates opportunities worldwide and supports its portfolio companies in scaling across major international markets, including Asia, Europe, the Gulf and the United States. Seveno continues to assess investment opportunities in US-based startups, reflecting the scale and strategic importance of the North American health and sports technology market.

The investment is the inaugural deal led by Jean-Baptiste Roy, who has joined Seveno Capital as Partner to expand the firm's international scope and deepen its focus on performance-led, data-driven technologies. Roy brings extensive experience in sports technology and human performance investing, strengthening Seveno Capital's ability to identify and scale category-defining platforms with global potential.

Allen Law, Principal at Seveno Capital, said:

"PointFit represents the next generation of health platforms, turning real-time biomarker data into everyday behavioural insight. This is where preventive health is heading - away from occasional testing and toward continuous understanding of the human body. At Seveno Capital, we back technologies that can define new global categories and help build the foundation for longer, stronger lives."

Jean-Baptiste Roy, Partner at Seveno Capital, said:

"Seveno is building the infrastructure that makes healthspan extension real, and Hong Kong gives us a powerful base to scale globally with unique access to Asia. PointFit brings biomarker visibility that was once limited to elite laboratories into the hands of athletes and everyday users, which is exactly the kind of platform we believe can scale internationally. And I am excited to bring this innovation to everyone from amateur to professional athletes, to train safely and more accurately."

Kenny Oktavius, Co-Founder and CEO of PointFit, said:

"Seveno's vision of 'adding life to years' mirrors our belief that the future of healthcare is preventive and personalised. With Seveno's global network across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, we can accelerate the rollout of the PF-Sweat Patch from elite sports into broader consumer adoption. Together, we are bridging wellness and clinical care so everyone can understand their body's signals and take control of their healthspan."

For more information:

PointFit: https://pointfittech.com/

Seveno Capital: https://seveno.capital/

Images of the partnership of Seveno Capital and PointFit can be downloaded here.

Unveiled at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, the technology solves the industry's most persistent hurdles by leveraging proprietary AI and freeform optics: AI-guided fitting, Astigmatic precision, and Asymmetric cornea alignment.

Beyond Traditional Toric Lenses: The Future of Freeform Orthokeratology

With myopia expected to affect 50% of the world's population by 2050, demand for effective management is high. While Ortho-K is a highly effective strategy, traditional symmetric and spherical/ toric designs often underestimate corneal shape complexity, causing lens decentration and poor visual outcomes.

The oka³y!™ freeform technology, incorporating the company's proprietary FAST-360 and CORe Technology, surpasses traditional lens design. AI-based FAST-360 reconstructs missing corneal data for faster scans, while CORe ensures precise alignment with the visual axis, leading to 3.1 times greater stability.

Precision Myopia Correction and Control for High Astigmatism and Asymmetric Corneas

For optometrists and clinic owners, oka³y!™'s key benefit is improving workflow by automating complex mathematics, cutting chair time by 64%. This boosts myopia management capacity without extra staff or lengthy training. "As a registered optometrist in Hong Kong and a researcher in one of the world's leading optometric institutes, I witnessed a growing gap between the number of patients seeking Ortho-K and the limited range of conventional products available to treat them," says Dr. Kin Ho Chan, Ken, the lead inventor of oka³y!™. "By focusing on the '3A': AI-guided, Astigmatism, and Asymmetry, and working alongside The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Poly U), we have developed a design that not only delivers superior vision but also enhances safety by reducing corneal staining. We are turning a frustrating, manual trial-and-error process into a predictable one-click adjustment."

From Niche Specialty to Global Enterprise: Scaling the Future of Eye Care

As myopia rates reach epidemic levels, GOOD Vision partners with PolyU, harnessing its research strengths and support from its startup ecosystem PolyVentures, to redefine primary eye care by transforming a niche specialty into a scalable global enterprise. By replacing manual OK lens design with oka³y!™, the company has created a technology bridging clinical complexity and scalability. This transition enables practitioners to manage myopia, high astigmatism, and asymmetrical cases precisely, removing barriers to modern refractive error management.

"By embedding and automating the complex mathematics of lens design, we provide clinicians with the tools to treat 'difficult' patients who were previously considered unsuitable for Ortho-K," added Professor Chea-su Kee, Founder of GOOD Vision. "This is about elevating the global standard of care and ensuring that precision myopia management is accessible to the next generation on a global scale."

Experience the Future of Myopia Control

GOOD Vision invites investors, distributors, and practitioners to a live demonstration of the oka³y!™ at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva:

Location: PolyU Delegation Booth, Hall 2, Palexpo, CP 112, Route François-Peyrot 30, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Geneva, Switzerland

     Dates: 11–15 March 2026

Hashtag: #GOODVision

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

About GOOD Vision Technologies Co., Limited

GOOD Vision, a Hong Kong-based startup nurtured by PolyU, is dedicated to advancing the field of corneal reshaping technologies. Beneath its bold design lies a fully realized flagship experience, integrating breakthrough in-house innovations with best-in-class partner technologies. A professional-grade 200MP ultra-high-definition imaging system, built-in multi-country satellite communication connectivity, and immersive audio precision-tuned by SOUND BY JBL come together to challenge expectations in the premium segment.

Supercar Design DNA in a Flagship, Shaped by Pininfarina

In the premium segment, the design language is a device's opening statement. A user's perception at first glance is shaped by aesthetics, long before a single specification is considered.

Drawing inspiration from the aerodynamic philosophy and pioneering spirit of high-performance sports cars, Infinix, in partnership with Pininfarina, takes a radical departure in sculpting a flagship. What stands out immediately is what's missing: the camera bump. As premium handsets adopt larger sensors, they often sacrifice form with increasingly protruding camera modules.

True to the sports car heritage, NOTE 60 Ultra introduces a fully integrated, single-body rear: the Aluminum Unibody Design. At the heart of this craftsmanship is the World's 1st Uni-Chassis Cam Module, formed a single, continuous sheet of CORNING® GORILLA® GLASS VICTUS that virtually conceals the presence of the camera. Much like a supercar sculpted for low-drag, the rear design maintains a smooth, uninterrupted silhouette. This also ensures a natural in-hand feel and unobtrusively slips into any pocket, while reinforcing the phone's durability and structural integrity.

Paying homage to Italian cultural and racing heritage, NOTE 60 Ultra arrives in four striking colorways: Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver. Each hue draws inspiration from the most iconic scenes and legends of Italy's motorsport and cultural history, capturing the spirit of speed, lifestyle, and emotional beauty.

Just as a supercar announces its ignition through sound and light, NOTE 60 Ultra mirrors the ritual. A Floating Taillight signature spans the rear, illuminating as the device powers on. And as a final nod to automotive heritage, NOTE 60 Ultra features an Active Matrix Display reminiscent of a supercar dashboard at startup. Concealed within the rear surface, the hidden display lights up to reveal notifications, expressive icons, or a pixel-style virtual companion.

Dual Flagship Cameras for Detail, Zoom, and True-to-Life Imaging

Although discreet at first glance, Infinix makes no concessions on camera performance and earmarks a new era for Infinix's imaging capability. Delivering performance on par with industry-leading standards, Infinix's Dual Flagship Imaging Architecture marks several brand-first breakthroughs and improvements across three dimensions, reinforcing its position as a signature offering.

Under the hood, it's clear that NOTE 60 Ultra refuses to settle for less. Discreetly integrated within the Uni-Chassis Cam Module is a powerful triple-camera array. Anchored by a next-generation 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPE sensor, NOTE 60 Ultra delivers ultra-high-definition clarity. And ensuring flagship-grade versatility across focal lengths, the phone is complemented by a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 periscope telephoto lens and a 112° ultra-wide lens.

However, hardware alone does not define the full experience. For the first time, Infinix supports the XDR display standard with Ultra HDR Capture. Powered by a proprietary XDR Image Engine, Infinix's advanced system delivers a superior dynamic range, ideal for true-to-life photos of bright lights at night or breathtaking sunset scenes.

The result is exceptional resolution that sets a higher bar for precise framing in daylight or after dark, while faithfully preserving details often lost in standard photography. Whether exploring daytime cityscapes or distant horizons, NOTE 60 Ultra excels with its advanced optical‑to‑digital zoom performance. Crisp, detailed shots are captured across a versatile zoom range, from a 2× optical crop and native 3.5× optical zoom to a 7× lossless digital zoom, extending up to 100× for extreme distances.

Expansive Satellite Calling and Messaging Coverage

Beyond what meets the eye, NOTE 60 Ultra carries a more subtle capability designed to accompany the user's ambition, as far as and wherever the road leads. NOTE 60 Ultra is the first¹ to introduce dual-way satellite calling with expansive global coverage across a far greater number of countries¹. Powered by two-way messaging and calling beyond traditional terrestrial networks, NOTE 60 Ultra offers an added peace of mind whether navigating remote terrain beyond cellular coverage or facing large-scale network disruptions. The device bridges regional connectivity gaps to maintain communication and enables emergency location sharing when it matters most.

Ultra-Fast, Enduring Functionalities for an All-Around Flagship Experience

NOTE 60 Ultra combines category-leading performance and enduring power to support multi-sensory entertainment without interruption. Complementing this, its latest user experience delivers forward-looking innovations and AI-driven optimizations, making it more accessible and seamless for everyday use.

Impressively, Infinix debuted the Proprietary Battery Self-Healing Technology. Despite featuring a massive 7000mAh silicon-carbon battery within a slim, lightweight frame, NOTE 60 Ultra is engineered to restore up to 1%² of battery health every 200 charge cycles. Complementing this breakthrough, NOTE 60 Ultra supports wired 100W All-Around Fast Charge and 50W wireless charging, achieving a full charge from 1% to 100%² in only 48 minutes through a wired connection.

Even with a massive battery, Infinix pulls out all the stops to optimize for both speed and energy management. Featuring a 4nm all-big-core MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset together with Infinix's self-developed performance engine, NOTE 60 Ultra achieves up to 25%² faster multitasking, accelerated app responsiveness, and sustained smoothness.

NOTE 60 Ultra excels in its class with a captivating, 1.5K Ultra HDR cinematic display. Delivering fluid 144Hz responsiveness and exceptional 4500-nit peak brightness, visuals remain vibrant across most lighting conditions. Even in motion, intelligent predictive stabilization minimizes motion sickness, whether watching a film or playing games from within a car. And just as a high-performance vehicle demands calibrated acoustics, NOTE 60 Ultra doesn't settle for less. It delivers high-fidelity audio through a stereo system with SOUND BY JBL, completing a truly compelling entertainment experience.

The NOTE 60 Ultra's optimized performance enables its intelligent AI features to run fluidly and efficiently with minimal battery drain. Its integrated AI ecosystem focuses on practical daily-enhancing functions, including real-time vitals tracking via Advanced Health Monitor, personalized file organization and an adaptive AI-powered knowledge base, all evolving with user preferences. These AI capabilities are seamlessly woven into GlowSpace, a new interface debuting on XOS 16.³ Powered by Android 16, GlowSpace introduces a fully reimagined UI centered on fluid motion and luminous details that animate with every interaction.

Through co-engineering with leading technology and innovation partners, Infinix has aligned NOTE 60 Ultra around a unified vision of excellence. The outcome is a benchmark-setting flagship defined not by spectacle, but by deeply integrated and purposeful engineering, inside-out.

Product availability

NOTE 60 Ultra comes with a promise of 3 years of major OS updates and 5 years of security patches.

NOTE 60 Ultra is available in four colors: Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver.

It will be available in two variants: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, with built-in eSIM⁴.

NOTE 60 Ultra comes with a deluxe gift box with automotive-inspired display stand design. A Supercar-Inspired MagCharge Base in Zinc Alloy, a Kevlar-Pattern MagPad, a Custom Kevlar MagCase, and a Track-Edition SIM Ejector Pin are included in the gift box.

   Disclaimer
¹As of launch, this device is the first commercially available smartphone to support two‑way satellite calling across multiple countries.

       Infinix NOTE 60 Ultra family

It will be available in a single variant with 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and built-in eSIM⁴.

NOTE 60 Ultra comes with a deluxe gift box with automotive-inspired display stand design. Today's payment rails and marketplaces were designed for humans, not millions of agents negotiating and settling transactions simultaneously. Traditional blockchains create consensus bottlenecks. Centralized platforms sacrifice trustlessness. Neither scales to the demands of the autonomous economy.

The Unicity Protocol solves this: a novel peer-to-peer blockchain architecture that eliminates the shared ledger entirely, enabling private negotiation, atomic settlement, and throughput exceeding 300 million transactions per second with 1-second finality and fixed microcent fees.

"India has 63 million SMBs, most of them bandwidth-constrained," said Pankaj Thakar, Partner at PadUp Ventures. "They can't afford sales teams or 24/7 customer support. AI agents change that equation entirely; but only if the infrastructure exists for agents to transact at scale. That's what Unicity provides."

What the Program Includes

PadUp is launching a dedicated Agentic Commerce Track within its acceleration program PrepUp, focused on startups building on the Unicity Protocol. The partnership will drive joint go-to-market efforts targeting Indian SMBs and enterprises, with qualified startups gaining access to investment from both PadUp's network and Unicity's ecosystem fund.

Dedicated Agentic Commerce Track: PadUp will launch a focused acceleration track for startups building on the Unicity Protocol

Go-to-Market in India: Joint efforts to bring agentic commerce solutions to Indian SMBs and enterprises

Funding: Qualified startups will have access to investment from both PadUp's network and Unicity's ecosystem fund

Why India

India's startup ecosystem, now the world's third-largest with over 112,000 recognized startups — is uniquely positioned for agentic commerce adoption. A massive, underserved SMB market, deep developer talent across AI and blockchain, rapidly expanding digital payments infrastructure, and established cross-border trade corridors to the UAE, Southeast Asia, and beyond make it one of the highest-potential markets for the autonomous economy.

"India doesn't just adopt technology, it scales it," said Mike Gault, CEO of Unicity Labs. "UPI proved that. We believe Indian founders will build some of the most important agentic commerce applications in the world, and PadUp is exactly the right partner to find and support them."

About Unicity Labs

Unicity Labs is building the infrastructure for the autonomous agentic internet. The Unicity Protocol replaces shared ledgers with peer-to-peer cryptographic objects, enabling AI agents to discover, transact, and settle autonomously. Founded by veterans of blockchain and cryptography, Unicity Labs has raised $3M in seed funding led by Blockchange Ventures with participation from Outlier Ventures and Tawasal. The company is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The Unicity Foundation, established in Switzerland, oversees protocol development and community governance.

Learn more unicity.ai | https://x.com/unicity_labs | https://sphere.unicity.network

About PadUp Ventures

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Gurugram, PadUp Ventures is a Virtual Accelerator providing Programmatic Mentoring and Assured Funding that Ensures 500% higher chances of success for Early Stage Technology Startups/ entrepreneurs. PadUp's structured "programmatic" mentoring and acceleration programs have helped hundreds of startups achieve success and growth.
