FLIN Expands to the Philippines, Bringing Structured Debt Consolidation

MANILA, Philippines, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FLIN launched its debt consolidation service in the Philippines, giving salaried Filipinos a way to combine online loans, credit cards, and buy-now-pay-later balances into a single monthly payment of up to 36 months through debt consolidation service.

The launch comes to solve the critical problems. TransUnion's Q2 2026 Consumer Pulse Study found that 45% of Filipino consumers expect they may be unable to fully pay at least one bill or loan, and 51% expect their payments to rise over the next three months.

FLIN enters the market with proof rather than a promise. In Indonesia, it has already helped more than 1,000 borrowers break the debt cycle, a track record it now brings to Filipinos.

What does debt consolidation actually do?

It does not erase debt. It replaces several payments, each with its own due date, lender, and interest rate, with one structured repayment plan. What sets FLIN apart is how the money moves: its bridging funds are disbursed directly to a borrower's existing creditors, never to the borrower.

How FLIN helps others?

First, the borrower will do a consultation. Second, FLIN assesses their financial situation against its eligibility criteria. Third, once approved, the debts are settled and combined into one plan of up to 36 months, which, depending on the approved terms, can lower the monthly amount due and create room to breathe.

"For someone juggling several loans, the challenging part isn't any single payment, it's keeping track of the total," said John Billy Costello, Credit Manager. "We're not encouraging anyone to take on more debt. We're helping people take control of what they already owe."
