深圳2023年4月13日 /美通社/ -- 先健科技控股子公司元心科技（深圳）有限公司自主研發的全球首創產品 -- IBSR可吸收藥物洗脫冠脈支架系統（以下簡稱：IBSR冠脈支架）已順利完成可行性（FIM）臨床研究三年隨訪。2023年4月10日，該項研究結果由中國醫學科學院阜外醫院高潤霖院士團隊於國際權威醫學期刊EuroIntervention在線發表。這不僅代表了國際行業對該項研究的高度關注和對該產品創新性的一致肯定，更是中國醫療創新技術在全球學術高地的又一次完美亮相。 全球領跑，數據正面 IBSR冠脈支架的FIM臨床研究於2018年開始在中國醫學科學院阜外醫院進行，由高潤霖院士擔任主要研究者（PI）。本次臨床研究將受試者隨機分配至兩個隊列，其中隊列1已完成六個月和兩年的影像學隨訪，隊列2已完成一年和三年的影像學隨訪，初步結果正面。FIM臨床三年隨訪的完成標誌著該創新產品的商業化進程正持續穩步推進。 IBSR冠脈支架的操作方法與金屬永久支架相同，無需強制PSP及慢速擴張，臨床研究的所有支架均成功植入病人體內，無手術併發症，器械、病變及臨床成功率均為100%。臨床數據顯示，支架植入後六個月的靶病變失敗率（TLF）僅為2.2%，植入後一年、兩年和三年的TLF穩定在6.7%，並在整個隨訪週期內未發生死亡、心梗和血栓事件。同時，OCT分析結果顯示，支架植入六個月後的新生內膜覆蓋率高達99.8％，並在一年後達到100％。初步表明了IBSR冠脈支架在簡單原發性冠脈病變中具有良好的中期安全有效性。 同時，三年隨訪期內管腔無狹窄性改變，支架在降解過程中未發生遠期獲得性貼壁不良現象。節段內晚期管腔丟失（LLL）在六個月時為0.25±0.26mm，一年時為0.27±0.45mm，兩年時為0.27±0.35mm，三年時為0.21±0.38mm。與其它支架的管腔面積隨著支架植入時間的增加而持續減少顯著不同，IBSR冠脈支架植入六個月後的管腔面積持續擴大，從7.22平方毫米穩定增加到植入後三年的8.03平方毫米。這正是可吸收支架的預期發展趨勢，亦體現了IBSR冠脈支架獨特的臨床優勢。 從FIM臨床研究中觀察到IBSR冠脈支架的吸收率在植入後兩年達到82％±10％，植入後三年達到95%±4%，充分證明了鐵基支架在人體內可被安全吸收。以鐵為材料的全降解金屬冠脈支架彰顯了極大的應用潛力和光明前景。 圖1.支架內和節段內晚期管腔遺失（LLL） 圖2.
