HONG KONG, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited ("Metasurface Holdings" or "the Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")) (Stock Code: 8637.HK), a company specialized in precision engineering services, today acknowledged the milestone achieved by its associate company, MetaOptics Limited ("MetaOptics"), which has successfully listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").

Metasurface Holdings currently indirectly holds approximately 12.9% shareholding in MetaOptics. MetaOptics is principally engaged in the metalens technology business. The listing is anticipated to unlock value and enhance the visibility of this strategic investment on Metasurface Holdings' balance sheet.
